The Effects of Excess Sodium


TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Back Workout and Upper Table Rock Run
Between sessions this morning I made time for a workout of weighted pullups, single arm low cable row, chinups, and hanging scapular retraction/depression.
Later, in the afternoon, I took advantage of the break in the smoke filled skies and headed out to Upper Table Rock for a fun run.
