TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Hike and a Core Workout
I tried to get out for a run today before the smoke became too thick, but by the time I got to Lower Table Rock I felt it was in my best interest to forgo the run and just hike instead.
Later I spent about 30 mins in my gym doing a core workout with stability balls and medicine balls.
