TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Upper Table Rock Hike and a Chest/Delt/Tri Workout
It was a slow work day, so in addition to having plenty of time for some house and yard work, I also had time for an Upper Table Rock hike followed by a workout of BB bench presses, DB flye/press supersets, and DB lateral raise/ring dip supersets.
