New Weight Loss Drugs: More Harm Than Good
We've all been there: You can't fit into your favorite jeans. You can't stand the way you look in that dress. You desperately want to lose weight -- even if it's just five pounds -- but everything you try fails. You're frustrated, demoralized, and ready to take drastic measures. More exercise? Chew on This: Gummies Can Be Good For You

Chew on This: Gummies Can Be Good For You
Taking your vitamins may not be the most exciting activity in your day, but switching to the gummy variety could make this task a whole lot sweeter. Gummy vitamins combine the chewy texture and fruity flavor of gummy bears with the nutrients of a multivitamin supplement, and are more pleasing to the palate than traditional pills. As with all vitamins, however, gummies aren't right for everyone--so decide if you need the extra nutrients before popping these candy treats.   read more
