Face it, we've all been there before. You know that time of day when you always feel like you've hit the proverbial (and maybe literal) wall...you start to drag, time passes very slowly, and you feel like it is a superhuman effort to even barely keep your eyelids open. TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Upper Table Rock Run and a Heavy Bag Workout
I found a break in the thick smoke today and took advantage of it with an Upper Table Rock run.  Later, I spent 30 mins on the heavy bag.
