TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Early Morning Kettlebells and Afternoon Power Snatches and Power Cleans
Due to an early morning cancellation I had some extra time.....so I took advantage of it by doing a quick workout of single arm KB swings, snatches and clean & presses. In the afternoon I spent some time doing power snatches and power cleans.
