TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Run and a Kettlebell Workout
I picked up the pace again today, and after taking care of morning sessions, I had a good run on Lower Table Rock.  Later I spent some time in my gym doing kettlebell swings, snatches, clean & presses, and Turkish Get-Ups.
