TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Ab/Core Workout and Heavy Bag
After a busy morning and early afternoon, I made time for a 30 min workout of SB back extensions, SB tucks, SB oblique crunches, SB leg curls, side planks and regular planks.  A little later I spent 30 mins on the heavy bag.
