This is a guideline of sorts to prevent you from becoming "that guy" or "that girl" at the gym. If you follow these rules of etiquette, you will not only seem to know what you are doing, you will not draw undue attention to yourself or annoy other paying members. TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Run
It was time to get back out on the trail today, so I spent some time running on Lower Table Rock.  It shouldn't be long until the first tiny flowers start poking up out of the mud on the plateau.
