Man, the winter weather can get pretty darn chilly in many parts of the country. Sure, the folks in California and Arizona have got it good, but for anyone in the North of the country, the weather outdoors can be pretty rough.

TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Back Workout and Heavy Bag
I gave the trails a break today and spent time in my gym. I started with a workout of weighted chinups, DB rows, suspension rear delt flyes, pullups, and hanging scapular retraction/depression. A little later I continued with a 30 minute heavy bag workout.
