We've all heard about how microwaving food removes some nutritional value, but is it true? Is something bad happening to our food behind that microwave glass?

TOPFIT Daily Activities --- The Punisher and Heavy Bag
After a 7 month hiatus, I finally yielded to the sweet song of the Punisher Sirens again, and as always, they had their way with me and left me spent in a puddle of sweat at the top of the hill.  It was a good run and hike.
Later, in the evening, I spent 30 mins on the heavy bag.

The Punisher.....not a great pic, but it gives you a little glimpse at just how steep it is.
