TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Run
After the New Year workouts I did over the past couple of days, I thought I'd take a break today.....but, it was just too nice outside to not get out on the trail.  So, I went for a good run on Lower Table Rock......maybe I'll rest tomorrow.
