Between constant temptations and an ever taunting scale, losing weight is far from easy.

TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Run
After my early sessions, I just had to get above the valley fog.  So, Lower Table Rock was the order of the day and it was beautiful up there......I emerged from the fog about 3/4 of the way up.
