TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Squats
It was a day filled with a variety of activities.  After finishing with client sessions, I spent some time in my gym doing BB back squats followed by circuits of SB leg curls, calf raises, and plyometric alternating lunges.  Afterward I spent a little time on some yard work and followed that with a short run with a friend.
