TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Tabatas
Although the plan this week was to keep the volume and intensity kind of low, I had the urge to do Tabata pullups, pushups, squats and crunches today.  So, even though the intensity was high, the volume was low.....one out of two isn't bad I guess.
