TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Heavy Bag and A Lot of Yard Work.....plus a clean car
I wasn't going to do a workout today since I had planned to do a bunch of yard work and wash my car, but I still had some energy left over so I spent 30 mins on the heavy bag.
