TOPFIT says:  Although unsweetened almond milk is a healthy alternative for those who can't drink real milk, it's really lacking in protein and calcium.  If you have no medical reason for avoiding milk, you should still keep it in your dietary repertoire.

TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Run
I made time this afternoon for a fun Lower Table Rock run and then spent a couple of hours on yard/garden work when I got back.
