TOPFIT Daily Activities Review

It's been a great week of activity!  The volume was only moderate, but I kept the intensity pretty high on most days.  In addition to brisk walks with clients, plenty of yard and garden work, a few hours of cleaning gutters and climbing on the roof working on moss abatement (definitely a workout), and a few other various random activities, I also made time for:

3 intense trail runs (both Table Rocks and Wagner Butte)
3 heavy bag workouts
1 power clean/power snatch workout
1 upper body strength workout (bench press and weighted pullups)
