TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Upper Table Rock Run and a Leg Workout
My day started early with a couple of brisk 1/2 mile walks with a client and when I was done with sessions for the day I made time for a fun Upper Table Rock run. Later I pieced together a leg workout of SB squats w/DBs, DB split squats (stationary lunges), calf raises and SB leg curls.
