TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Run
I got out between the downpours today for a totally awesome run on Lower Table Rock.  The temperature, trail conditions and my energy levels were just perfect for one of the fastest times up (and round trip) that I've done in quite some time.
