TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Circuit Training
After a busy morning, I did a circuit workout of squats, pullups, pushups, SB leg curls and SB crunches. The repetitions on the 9 circuits were 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25.
