TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Rest Day?
Although I didn't really do much in the way of "exercise", it wasn't really a rest day.  I started with a couple of brisk 1/2 mile walks with my 6am client, followed soon afterward with a 2 client training session, and finished the day with a fun 4.5 hr modeling gig....it's more work than you'd think holding still for 20-25 minutes at a time.
