TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Plyometric and Ab Workout
Today's workout was quite a mix of upper body, lower body and midsection exercises.  I started with 3 lower body plyometric exercies, followed that with 2 upper body plyometric exerciese and finished with 3 ab/core exercises.
