TOPFIT Daily Activities --- 5k Run, Chest Workout and a Heavy Bag Workout
This morning I got out for a fun 5k run on the Lower Table Rock Savannah Loop.  No records were set today....it wasn't one of my fastest efforts.  I'm not sure if it was due to the heat, all of the leg work I've done recently, or if I was just being wimpy.....but it was still a good run.
Later I did a workout of BB bench presses, supersets of DB flyes and presses, and decline pushups.
And since I was trying to find a way of not working on bills, files, etc., I headed back out to my gym in the evening for a 30 minute heavy bag workout.
