TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Heavy Bag Workout
It was a varied day of activity starting with cleaning my gym.  Later I spent some time picking peaches and pears, most of which are destined for the dehydrator.  And, I finished the day with a 30 minute heavy bag workout.
