TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Run
I tested my ankle just a little today with a moderately paced Lower Table Rock run......and everything feels good!
Afterward, I spent an hour on some yard work followed by some paperwork and client files I had been putting off to make time for some outdoor fun.
