TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Leg Workout
After finishing with client sessions and some paperwork, I spent some quality time in my gym doing SB squats w/DBs, split squats w/DBs, plus supersets of single leg calf raises and single leg SB leg curls.
Afterward I spent an hour doing some yard and garden work.
