TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Rest Day
It was time for a break from exercise, so other than some light gardening and an enjoyable modeling session I pretty much took it easy today.  Bonus from the artists was a great painting of one of my poses (just my midsection, but he made me look pretty good and badass....LOL), some fresh salad greens and asparagus.
