TOPFIT Daily Activities --- ~TOPFIT SB 800~
I got my day started with a couple of brisk 1/2 mile sunrise walks with a client and finished it with the ~TOPFIT SB 800~.......10 circuits of 20 reps each of stability ball back extensions, tucks, leg curls and crunches.
