TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Back Workout and Heavy Bag
After finishing with my morning client sessions, I spent some quality time in my gym doing weighted pullups, BB rows, chinups and hanging scapular depression/retraction.  Later, in the evening, I did a 30 minute heavy bag workout.
