The 7 Worst Weight-Loss Diets
Dieting never seems to go out of style. It's such an American pastime that more than 55 percent of us embark on at least one weight-loss effort a year, according to a national survey conducted by the International Food Information Council.
Mary Hartley, the registered dietitian and nutritionist for dietsinreview.com, says a diet can help you lose weight and keep it off in the long run if you choose a plan that's healthy, satisfying and reasonably simple to follow.

TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Heavy Bag and Jacksonville Trails
I got the day started with a 30 minute heavy bag workout and when I was done with client sessions, chores and errands I finished the day with a fun run and hike on the Jacksonville Trails.
