TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Walking Lunges and Heavy Bag
Once again I got my day off to an awesome start. Beginning about 6am, I did 2 brisk 1/2 mile walks and 1/4 mile of walking lunges with a client. Afterward, I had just enough time for a 30 minute heavy bag workout before taking off for my next session.
