I feel like I put together a well balanced week of activity this past week. In addition to a few hours of yard work, I also made time for:
2 Table Rock runs
3 Jacksonville Forest Park runs/hikes (1 run, 1 hike, 1 mixed)
2 heavy bag workouts
1 pushup/crunch/plank workout
1 bench press workout
1 chinup workout
1 deadlift workout
