This past week was going to be a lighter week (at least after my b-day workout), but it didn't really turn out that way. Although the overall volume was down a little, by Saturday I was feeling pretty much beat up, stiff and sore from the following:
2 Table Rock runs
1 Jacksonville Forest Park 9 mile hike
1 Jacksonville Forest Park run
2 heavy bag workouts
1 TGU/pullup/pushup workout
and let's not forget what got the week started, the infamous ~TOPFIT Birthday Workout~ (see Monday's post for details)

About Your Trainer

- Hi! I'm Patrick Frey, your in-home, online and on-the-trail Personal Trainer, Fitness Educator, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. With over 35 years of fitness experience, and certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the International Sports Sciences Association, and the American Council on Exercise, I have the knowledge and experience you need to reach your health and fitness goals. My interests over the years have included running, bicycling, cross-country skiing, hiking, backpacking, bodybuilding, powerlifting, olympic lifting, volleyball, and general health, fitness and nutrition.
