TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Run and a Chest Workout
Due to the temps in the 20s (and below), the snow has been sticking around.  So, today I headed out to Lower Table Rock for a run in the still fresh powder  It might not have been virgin snow, but it was still fantastic!  It looked like only a couple dozen people had been up since last Friday, so the snow hadn't been packed down too much.  Once again it was a great stability, agility and core workout.
Afterward I spent some time in my near freezing gym and did a workout of BB bench presses, supersets of DB flyes and presses, and decline pushups.
