5 Tips to Help You Lose Weight This Holiday Season
Most people I know aren't worried about losing weight during the holiday season. Instead, this tends to be the one time of year when we give ourselves a break from obsessing about going down a pant size, and instead focus on maintaining weight.

TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Rest Day (not really)
I took a break from exercise related activities, but that doesn't mean it was really a rest day.  I was up at 4:30am and between business and personal activities, I didn't get done until 10pm.
