TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Upper Body Workout and Heavy Bag
I started the day by spending a couple of hours with Hailey and Mason, and after finishing business for the day I spent about 30 mins doing BB bench presses and weighted pullups.  I finished the day with a 30 min heavy bag workout.
