Really?  Only 100 allowed foods, and some whole categories completely absent.  Yeah, that's healthy.

TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Leg Workout and Heavy Bag
Today's workouts started with DB squats, DB stationary lunges (split squats), calf raises, and SB leg curls.  A little later, after a quick gym cleaning, I spent 30 mins on the heavy bag.
