Craving White Bread? Eat This Instead...
If you're avoiding your beloved white bread for fear of harming your health, here's some tasty news: You can enjoy the fluffy stuff again without guilt, as long as you choose wisely. TOPFIT says:  You should still go easy on sourdough bread since it is usually made with refined white flour and is lacking in many of the nutrients and fiber that 100% whole grain breads contain.

TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Upper Table Rock Run, 12/25 Workout, and Heavy Bag
As has become a tradition for me I started today's fun with a run on a Table Rock...Upper TR this year. A little later I continued with my 12/25 Workout......12 supersets x 25 reps each of suspension trainer pullups and pushups.  And, since I still had some energy left, I finished my day of activities with a 30 min heavy bag workout.
