7 Tips to Help You Avoid Overeating at Buffets
We've all been there. Each option looks more delicious than the next. I'm talking about the often-feared buffet restaurant. They seem to encourage gluttony (albeit indirectly) due to their ever-expanding selection of delectable food items. There may certainly be healthy, low-calorie options available, but they're often few and far between. Additionally, it's much more difficult to select the healthier options when you have such a huge number of rich, tasty dishes calling your name.  read more

TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Bodyweight Circuits and Heavy Bag
After taking a break from exercise yesterday, I jumped right back in today starting with a bodyweight circuit workout of suspension pullups, suspension pushups, jump squats, SB leg curls and SB crunches.  The repetitions on the 9 circuits were 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25.
A little later I spent 30 mins on the heavy bag.
