TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Hike and a Back Workout
This morning I headed out to Lower Table Rock and due to the heat and a nagging ankle/foot problem, I didn't run today, but a moderately paced hike paid off with pics of this little family.......



Later in the afternoon, I spent some time in my gym doing weighted pullups, DB rows, DB rear delt flyes and chinups.
