TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Chest Workout and Heavy Bag
My gym was extremely hot today so I couldn't keep the intensity too high, but I still made time for a workout of BB bench presses, DB flye/press supersets and decline ring pushups.  Later I spent 30 mins on the heavy bag.
