TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Heavy Bag
I was going to make today a rest day, but after a few hours of play time with Mason, plus some yard and garden work, I still had some energy I needed to do something with.......so, I spent 30 mins of quality time with my heavy bag.  That should probably do it for today.
