Do you have a busy lifestyle that has you dashing here and there with little time for a healthy, leisurely lunch?Whether it's the challenge of juggling work and getting the kids to their activities or just a busy weekend day trying to accomplish your endless list of errands, you still need to eat. TOPFIT Daily Activites --- Upper Table Rock Run
I took advantage of the cooler weather today and headed out to Upper Table Rock for a morning run.  Unfortunately, the smokey air left me with a bit of a raspy throat.....but it was still worth it.
