TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Run and Clean & Jerks
After an early morning session, before it got too hot, I made time for a Lower Table Rock run.  Later in the afternoon, in the full heat of the day, I spent about 30 mins doing clean & jerks and power cleans.
