TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Lower Table Rock Run, an Upper Body Workout and Heavy Bag
After an early morning session, while it was still a little cool, I made time for a great Lower Table Rock run.  Later, after taking care of some more business, I did a workout of BB bench presses, weighted chinups, crunches and hanging reverse crunches.  And I finished the busy day with a 30 minute heavy bag workout.
