It's been another great week of activity and in addition to plenty of random activities of daily living, I also made time for:
1 Jacksonville Trails run
2 Table Rock runs
1 Table Rock 8+ mile hike
1 Tabata workout
1 chest workout
1 back workout
1 deadlift workout
2 heavy bag workouts
And as a bonus, I saw the first wildflowers of the season on Upper Table Rock (see Wed 1/29/14).
