TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Squats and Heavy Bag
I made time for 2 quick workouts today.  First, I spent about 35-40 mins doing BB squats, alternating plyo lunges, SB leg curls, and calf raises.  Later I spent 30 mins on the heavy bag.
