Most people aren't meeting exercise guidelines
Most adults in the USA aren't meeting the federal physical activity recommendations for both aerobic exercise and muscle-strengthening activity, according to government statistics out today.  read more

TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Savannah Loop 5k Run
Just as it was really warming up this morning I headed out to the Lower Table Rock Savannah Loop for a 5k run (actually a tiny bit over 5k).  After all of the walking lunges and weighted stationary lunges/split squats that I did yesterday I wasn't even sure I would be able to run the whole thing, much less break the 30 min mark.  But, I put it to the test and finished in 27:36.
