TOPFIT Daily Activities --- Walking Lunges and a Lower Table Rock Hike
There's nothing like 1/4 mile of walking lunges and a couple of brisk 1/2 mile walks with a client to wake you up in the morning!

Fatigue from this morning's walking lunges and the past days' activities made me opt for a brisk hike instead.
